My experience with Joel and his team a Stratos was great! We had a little wrinkle in our trip when we were diverted from our destination to another airport. It had nothing to do with our flight. There was a disabled plan on the runway. We diverted to the other airport and waited briefly for word on when it would clear. Joel and his team were all over it. They had alternate transportation lined up for us, which, we didn't end up using and ultimately got back on the plane and went to our intended destination. There were no extra charges and we only lost about an hour. Our return trip was fast and uneventful. Stratos helped us find the right plane for our trip and kept us within our budget. All subcontractors that they use have been top-notched. Only critique is I obtained better final pricing of the flight when I received quotes from other charter companies. Seems to be an industry thing about competitive pricing in order to obtain the best price. Yes I would recommend Stratos.

I have not arranged or travelled by private jet except to Lanai in Hawaii. My husband and i usually fly first or business so to ensure a good service and safety i contacted 4 brokers to ask for quotes, Randy Schuette provided more than a quote, he explained the whole process and his reassuring knowledge and attention to detail was the reason i used Stratos. The aircraft was fine except for the AC. It either had to be run a full blast (we were wrapped up in blankets) or it had to be off in which case we were very hot.

We were on a commercial flight from Detroit to Salt Lake City when part way into our flight we got notification from Delta app that our delay was going to cause us to miss our connection. We were on a long weekend for MLK to go skiing in Lake Tahoe. We were going to be rescheduled the following day, thus missing half of our vacation. I had email only, and emailed Garett asking if they had an operator in SLC who could get us to Tahoe that evening. Within 20 minutes he came back with two quotes. By the time we landed he had set up the flight, emailed me the number to the shuttle to get from Delta terminal to the private terminal, and did it all for a great price. To throw things off even more, we were set to fly to Tahoe, but Delta somehow got our bags on the flight to Reno that they said we couldn't make. So at the last minute we changed from Tahoe to Reno for a destination. By the time we took the shuttle to the FBO our flight plan was set and we took off within 10 minutes. It could not have been more seamless. It literally saved our vacation. Time is the most precious resource we have and time with family is even more precious. Our daughter is a senior and this is one of the last trips we'll have with her; it meant a lot, and Stratos savings our vacation, allowing us to create memories, means all that much more. Thank you!! That said, the unfamiliar process was made much simpler thanks to the knowledge, expertise and patience of my rep, Christina Nesbit. We had extreme weather conditions in OAK and Joel was open to correspondence past midnight local time to ensure all was not handled and decided morning of flight. My representative Simon did a really good job explaining my options and arranging our charter. Disappointed our charter Was 30 minutes late due to routine maintenance. Since it was routine, obviously it should have been scheduled to not interfere with our flight schedule. One of the big reason for the charter was to avoid sitting around a lounge in the Covid era. Due to the delay, that’s exactly what we did. Small issues, but water wasn’t working in lavatory, cabin temperature was a bit erratic, and air vent dripped water. Crew was courteous and flight was fine.

Everything was first class even though we not only left one of our bags on the plane but lost a wallet on the return trip (not on the plane), Matt Machokas was very helpful in assisting us in helping to resolve our problems. All pilots were great. Matt also arranged a flight for us because of a date issue I made with the return flight. He assisted in finding another plane to be sent so that we did not have to wait another day.

Good morning, Joel.  I have been in the customer service business for 30 years as a realtor and previously customer service manager for a performing arts hall.  I am very critical when it comes to customer service as so many companies who pride themselves being excellent fall short.  I feel when it excels, it should be pointed out to their superior.

Falling short is certainly not the case with Kyle Jones and Leslie Jackson.  This is my first experience with chartering a private plane.  My 94 year old father and 92 year old mother are going to their favorite place in the world, the Beau Rivage hotel in Biloxi MS at Christmas time.  A charter flight works so much better than the hassle of traveling commercial today.

Kyle was on top of everything for me and when I would send him a question via email the response was rapid fire.  The same goes for Leslie.  I don’t think it was more than 5 minutes before a response came back.  Their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge is above par and you are extremely lucky to have them on the Stratos team.

My father insists he will be going again next year and I hope he is correct.  I will contact Stratos for their traveling needs and hopefully work with both the wonderful Kyle and Leslie again.

Once again: Joel, Sarah and Sandra delivered a seamless experience as well as the pilots and ground crew. There was 5 feet of snow in Steamboat Springs after a blizzard (Hayden Airport) and we took off perfectly and had a very smooth flight despite weather. The jet was beautiful and the awesome pilots tolerated our golden retriever trying to take over the navigation of the plane and two cats meowing. Stratos arranged for transportation home and the driver was so pleasant. Super happy again and will continue to only use them. Thank you again!
