Soar Higher with a Guaranteed Fixed-Rate Private Jet Membership

Every time you charter a jet, there is an element of risk involved. However, we mitigate that risk by promoting a strong culture of safety throughout our entire network, right down to our operational processes. We use an Approved Vendor Program to screen every operator in our network. We do this to make sure they have the appropriate experience and track record to perform flights safely. We’ve created this program to provide our clients with an unrivaled air charter experience and the highest level of air charter safety.

Besides following the recommended best practices and guidelines created by the aviation industry, we also require all crew members to greet passengers while wearing a mask. In addition, we only source aircraft that follow strict sanitization and cleaning protocols.

At Stratos, we offer two memberships: SOAR, a 6-month membership and SOAR HIGHER, a 12-month membership. Both of our memberships allow travelers to fly whenever they want at a guaranteed fixed rate.

With a Stratos membership, there is no up-front deposit for flight time. You only pay when you confirm a flight.

SOAR and SOAR HIGHER members are guaranteed access to aircraft in 5 categories: light, super-light, midsize, super-midsize and heavy jets.

The SOAR and SOAR HIGHER memberships cover all flights in the continental US, within 220 miles of the borders of Canada and Mexico, as well as the Bahamas. All international flights, will be billed with a 10% hourly surcharge.

No. There are no additional fees for repositioning, fuel surcharge, de-icing, hangar rentals or pet fees (fees only apply should the pet soil or damage the aircraft). The hourly rate you see is the rate you pay.

Peak travel periods are defined as the 7 days surrounding all federal holidays or 3 days surrounding peak social events. All bookings during peak travel periods are non-cancellable at the time of booking.

We always encourage our clients to book flights as far in advance as possible. However, we know that plans can change suddenly, so we offer penalty-free cancellation or rescheduling up to 72 hours prior to your flight.

For Peak Travel Days bookings and cancelations must be submitted by the Member at least seven (7) days prior to the date of departure.

Requests for Air Carrier Services for travel to or from Bermuda, the Caribbean, and Mexico must be submitted by the Member at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled departure time on Standard Travel Days, and at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled departure time on Peak Travel Days.

Yes. Stratos members can secure flights for other parties, even when you aren’t onboard.

Demand for private jet charters is higher than it’s ever been. This drives up the cost of charter flights and reduces the number of available aircraft. With a membership, you can enjoy guaranteed pricing, even when demand soars higher than ever before.

For travelers who prefer to book on-demand charters, they’ll be faced with varying costs and availability each time they fly. They also run the risk of not being able to secure an aircraft if they book on short notice. With on-demand charter, you are booking a specific aircraft at a specific available price and are locked into restrictive cancelation terms. Should the on-demand aircraft become unavailable due to an unexpected maintenance issue, the on-demand charter customer is subject to the availability and pricing in the market at that time, often leaving them without a solution.

For an initial investment of either $8,500 or $14,500, you lock in guaranteed hourly rates and aircraft availability. Stratos Jets Members can avoid the unpredictability of the market trusting that their needs are taken care of by our team.

Members may not book flights through this Membership Agreement (or the terms available to Members pursuant to this Membership Agreement) on any flights (or parts of a round-trip) that travel on Christmas Day, December 26 and New Years Eve or New Years Day (the “Blackout Dates”). Members are entitled to book Charter Services through Stratos on-demand charter service on the Blackout Dates, but the Member’s benefits outlined herein are not applicable to such flights.

No. The rates published are considered all-inclusive. Once you are locked in, Stratos will not bill post flight for fuel surcharges.
