The flight itself was fine. Glenn was in communication with me frequently but shortly before my flight the Tail Number changed to a new plane and I was not given a new itinerary with the correct arrival point. We flew into Modern Aviation but I expected to be a Hawthorne Aviation. My ride was at the wrong location and I had to adjust that myself after landing. She was livid at the lack of notification on the change. It wasn't a pleasant ride home.

Zach, was phenomenal from beginning to end! What was taking me a half-day to do Zach was able to complete efficiently in a few hours. Our crew on the ground and in the air were excellent to the point that I learned from them. We went in to a 30 knot crosswind and drove all the way down to the runway quickly, no drifting or swaying. My boss recently travelled to Europe for the entire month of August. During that time his jet had mechanical issues and could no longer fly where he wanted. He had about 12 flights left in his trip around Europe and Stratos Jet Charters, especially Heather Latch, saved our lives. They were able to accommodate 90% of the trips he wanted at the time he wanted. She really was a life saver for myself and my boss. Passenger stated that the jet's interior was shoddy and showed that the jet wasn't well taken care of. Said crew was nice. Stated no coffee available although I had specified de-caf to be provided and followed that up with company client services requesting same.

We were very disappointed in the catering service. The lobster was undercooked and the sevruga caviar we ordered turned out to be lumpfish. Which we did not eat. We intended to take all the food to our home with the lobster, which we were going to cook to make it suitable to eat, but when we arrived home discovered that our food had not been unloaded from the plane. The only thing we ate on the plane was a small piece of the lobster.

Joel and his team at Stratos provided outstanding service during a time when air travel was challenging. In March 2020, Stratos was able to source an aircraft for my family with 24 hours notice. More importantly, when that aircraft arrived with a maintenance issue that occurred on landing, Joel and his team worked diligently to find us another aircraft within a few hours. He and his team went above an beyond to help us out. We highly recommend Stratos.

Complete lack of organization with plane in wrong FBO for departure, $1,000 rental car at wrong airport on arrival, just not nearly the level of service expected when spending over $10K for an hour and half hop -
