Steven Stogner

With more than 15 years of solution sales and technology recruiting under his belt, Steve Stogner is usually the person you call when you’re looking to solve technical problems or shortages. That’s how Steve began his journey with Stratos Jet Charters.

Steve originally met Stratos’ CEO Joel Thomas when both attended the University of Central Florida. He worked as a director at an IT recruitment firm in his hometown of Orlando before spending some years in Atlanta with one of the world’s largest health system software providers. 

Years later, Steve returned to Orlando while working with an educational software company and began working with Joel to help fill some key roles at Stratos. The recruiter soon became the recruited when Steve joined the Stratos team as a Private Flight Advisor.

When not helping his clients, you can also find Steve restoring old four-wheel drives and occasionally escaping the Florida heat with his wife and 3 children in the Appalachians.
