This listing defines which aircrafts carry the ability to fly for compensation and be legally available for private jet charter services.<\/p>\n<h2>FAA Part 135<\/h2>\n<p>Part 135 is a certificate that\u2019s required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Companies that wish to operate as a non-scheduled air charter carrier require it.
