Clearance must be given to all aircraft before entering controlled airspace. This includes both public aircraft and a private aircraft hire. Clearance is the term used when allowing an aircraft to enter a controlled airspace, and it\u2019s typically given by any kind of air traffic services, including air traffic control (ATC). When requesting clearance to enter a controlled airspace, a private aircraft hire must file a flight plan. They must also give a minimum time period of ten minutes before making such a request. The request also needs to include the aircraft call sign and a brief statement.<\/p>\n
